How is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are currently closed. Once they open, your request will receive a reference. Gautier will check availability, the final fare and journey details before confirming; submitting the form alone will not confirm a journey.
What if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number so pickup can follow the actual arrival time. The included 60-minute wait begins after the actual landing.
How do I pay for my journey?
Pay in the vehicle by card, contactless or cash. No payment is requested when submitting the form.
How do I know the fare for my journey?
Outside fixed routes, the estimate is calculated using a €10 pickup fee and €2/km, with a €20 minimum fare. Before the booking becomes binding, your final fare is confirmed with all applicable charges: a 20% night surcharge between 10 pm and 6 am, a €5 child seat and, where necessary, tolls or parking. No surcharge is added without prior notice.
What waiting time is included?
15 minutes are included in town, at a hotel or station and 60 minutes after the actual landing time for an airport transfer. Extra waiting is then charged at €15 per started 15-minute period after an attempted contact.
How many passengers and bags can you carry?
The vehicle accommodates up to 4 passengers. Capacity is confirmed according to the number and size of bags and any child seats required. Include these details with your request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 24 and 6 hours, 50% of the confirmed fare is due. Less than 6 hours before pickup, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the fare is due.
Can I book an hourly chauffeur?
Yes. The hourly chauffeur service is €65 per hour. You can reserve your driver for several meetings, half a day, a full day or an event.
Do you travel beyond the French Riviera?
Yes. Long-distance journeys are available by reservation, to or from the French Riviera.
