Privacy policy
Updated 8 October 2026. This policy describes Riviera Green Mobility’s website, private workspace and services used to process a request.
Data controller
Riviera Green Mobility — Gautier Olagnier, 67 boulevard du Val Claret, 06600 Antibes, France. Contact: rivieragreenmobility@gmail.com or +33 6 12 38 63 53.
Data collected
Identity and contact details, preferred language, addresses and related Google place data, dates and times, journey type, passengers, luggage, child seat, flight or train, terminal, name sign, comments, estimated fare, request reference, evidence of terms acceptance and technical data strictly required to secure the form.
Purposes and legal bases
- Reviewing, pricing and answering a request: pre-contractual steps requested by the client.
- Organising and delivering an accepted journey: performance of a contract.
- Invoicing, accounting and regulatory compliance: legal obligation.
- Securing the website, preventing abuse and diagnosing failures: Riviera Green Mobility’s legitimate interest.
Recipients and providers
Data is available to Riviera Green Mobility and, where necessary, ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI for hosting; Google Maps Platform for places and routes; Make for automation; Google Sheets, Calendar and Gmail or Workspace; WhatsApp/Meta for requested messages; and the accounting service only for necessary accounting data. Data is not sold.
Retention
- Requests with no journey: up to 12 months after the last exchange.
- Client and journey records: for the relationship and the periods needed for evidence and legal duties.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years.
- Technical alerts and logs: no more than 12 months.
International transfers and security
Some international providers may process data outside the EEA. Access is limited, secrets are not exposed in the site, submissions are checked server-side and each request has a unique reference.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing rivieragreenmobility@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Children
A booking request must be submitted by an adult. The form does not request a child’s direct contact details; it collects only transport information that may be necessary, such as the number of baby seats or booster seats.
Cookies and necessary storage
The site uses no advertising tracker or persistent tracking identifier. Session storage, strictly necessary for the requested journey, temporarily retains the booking draft and summary on the device. Google Maps loads only when a client starts entering an address, in order to provide the requested place search and route.
To improve the form, the site counts form openings, estimates obtained, visits to the contact step and requests received in aggregate. These daily totals contain no customer contact details, IP address or visitor identifier. No measurement cookie or third-party analytics tool is used. These are observed step volumes, not unique visitors. Totals older than 400 days are removed when the next measurement is recorded.
Private workspace and internal alerts
Requests received directly may also be entered by the operator in the private workspace. Contact details, journey information and technical action references support case management and operation checks.
Pushover may be used to send internal alerts to the operator. Messages addressed to clients keep their respective communication channels. Pushover states in its policy that it processes data in the United States. Pushover privacy policy.
The private workspace may store a copy of loaded journeys, including contact details and journey information, on the operator’s device for read-only offline access. The copy remains accessible for at most 24 hours after its last update. During offline consultation, the application checks the copy’s validity and requests deletion when it has expired; this check does not run while the application is closed. The operator can also delete the copy. References for actions awaiting verification are stored separately, without this 24-hour expiry, and removed after successful verification. Signing out triggers deletion of this workspace’s local data.
